1. Custom Digital Products
All custom walk-up songs and team anthem productions are personalized digital products.
Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, all sales are final once production has begun.
Refunds are not available after work has started.
2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If production has not yet begun, a cancellation may be approved at our sole discretion.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for refund.
3. Revisions vs. Refunds
Each custom production includes a limited revision policy as outlined on the product page.
Minor adjustments may be accommodated within the included revision allowance.
Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once the agreed-upon production process has been completed.
4. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally.
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for delivered files.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will promptly assist.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you were charged in error or placed a duplicate order, contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can investigate.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in permanent refusal of future service.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
