At Clubhouse Anthems, every project follows a defined production process.

Whether you’re ordering a custom walk-up song or a full team album, the experience is designed to be clear, efficient, and professionally managed from start to finish.

Step 1: Select Your Package

Choose the production that fits your needs:

• Custom Walk-Up Song
• Single Team Anthem
• Mini Album (3 or 5 Tracks)
• Full Team Album (Anthem + Player Walk-Ups)

Each package clearly outlines what is included, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

Step 2: Submit Creative Details

After selecting your package, you’ll provide structured details such as:

• Player or team name
• Jersey numbers (if applicable)
• Preferred genre
• Energy profile
• Team identity themes
• Optional inspiration notes

This information guides the direction of your project.

All music is 100% original production. We do not copy or replicate existing songs.

Step 3: Production Begins

Once details are submitted and payment is confirmed, your project enters production.

Every track is:

• Written and composed from scratch
• Produced using professional studio tools
• Mixed for clarity and punch
• Mastered for stadium and digital playback

Production timelines vary by package size:

• Walk-Up Songs: 5–7 business days
• Single Team Anthem: 7–10 business days
• Mini Albums & Full Albums: Timeline provided after submission

Larger team projects require additional coordination and scheduling.

Step 4: Review & Minor Revisions

Each package includes limited minor revisions to ensure accuracy.

Minor revisions may include:

• Name pronunciation adjustments
• Volume balance tweaks
• Small lyrical corrections

Major creative changes (new genre direction, full concept shifts, additional structural edits) may require additional production time and fees.

Step 5: Final Mix & Secure Delivery

Once your project is finalized, your files are delivered via a secure email download link.

Each order includes:

• High-quality WAV file (for stadium and field sound systems)
• MP3 version (for phone playback and sharing)
• Optional instrumental or artwork files (if included in your package)

Your secure download link remains active for 30 days.
We recommend downloading and storing your files locally upon receipt.

Due to the custom nature of each production, all sales are final once production has begun.

Streaming Distribution (If Selected)

For eligible packages, tracks can be professionally distributed to major streaming platforms under the Clubhouse Anthems artist profile.

Distribution includes:

• Metadata formatting
• Platform submission
• Cover art formatting
• Catalog management

Once submitted, streaming platforms typically require 5–10 business days for processing.
Release timelines depend on third-party platform approval and are not instant.

• One designated team representative should submit the final creative direction.
• All music is clean and youth-appropriate.
• We do not replicate copyrighted material.
• Production begins only after full payment is received.
