Custom Music Production & Licensing Policy

Clubhouse Anthems

1. Overview

Clubhouse Anthems provides professionally produced custom walk-up songs and team anthems designed for youth sports organizations and families.

All custom productions are created, produced, and distributed under the Clubhouse Anthems brand.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All custom music created by Clubhouse Anthems remains the sole intellectual property of Clubhouse Anthems.

This includes:

  • The master recording

  • The musical composition

  • Instrumentals and production elements

  • Lyrics created by Clubhouse Anthems

  • Artwork or branding associated with distribution

No ownership rights are transferred to the client unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

3. License Granted to Client

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

Permitted uses include:

  • In-game walk-up playback

  • Team events and tournaments

  • Personal social media sharing

  • Family use

This license does not permit:

  • Commercial resale

  • Uploading to streaming platforms independently

  • Monetizing the track

  • Altering or redistributing the production

All streaming distribution must be handled exclusively by Clubhouse Anthems.

4. Streaming Distribution

If a client elects to release their custom track on streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), the release will be distributed under the Clubhouse Anthems publishing and distribution entity.

Metadata, artwork standards, and final approval remain at Clubhouse Anthems' discretion to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.

Clubhouse Anthems retains full control over distribution, royalties, and catalog management.

Streaming release is optional and must be requested at the time of order or prior to final delivery.

5. Production Timeline

Standard custom production timeline:
5–7 business days from receipt of all required player information.

Delays may occur if:

  • Required information is incomplete

  • Communication is delayed

  • Revision requests exceed the included limits

Rush delivery may be offered at an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Revisions

Each custom production includes:

  • One (1) minor revision

Minor revisions may include:

  • Adjustments to name pronunciation

  • Volume balancing

  • Small lyric corrections

Major structural changes (new beat style, full lyric rewrite, different concept direction) may require an additional production fee.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and custom nature of music production, all sales are final once production has begun.

Refunds will not be issued after work has started.

If a production has not yet begun, cancellation requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Clubhouse Anthems.

8. Marketing & Promotional Use

Clubhouse Anthems reserves the right to use excerpts of custom productions for:

  • Promotional content

  • Social media

  • Portfolio demonstrations

  • Marketing materials

If a client prefers that their track not be used for promotional purposes, a written request must be submitted prior to final delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clubhouse Anthems is not liable for:

  • Audio playback issues caused by third-party sound systems

  • Tournament or league restrictions regarding music use

  • Platform-specific streaming delays

  • Third-party distribution processing timelines

Clients are responsible for ensuring their league or venue permits walk-up music.
